Andrea Oliver has been a nurse practitioner since 2005. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including outpatient primary care, long term care and medical aesthetics. She has also enjoyed her time as adjunct faculty for local nursing programs. Andrea's greatest passion, however, is primary care. In 2025, Andrea decided to open her own practice and chase her dream.

Daniel Altman earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University and completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Driven by a passion for preventative medicine he actively engages in community health initiatives.
Dr Altman’s empathetic approach and clinical acumen over the past two decades have earned him recognition both among peers and the patients he serves.
Asia Allen
Asia Allen, Practice Manager at Unified Care Primary brings over 10 years' experience in healthcare operations, focusing on primary care settings. With a strong focus on patient experience and efficient practice management, Asia oversees all administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Asia, who is also a paralegal, is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment between clinicians and staff, continually seeking innovative strategies to optimize operations and improve patient outcomes.

Born out of necessity in the wake of several primary care office closures across Atlantic County, we saw a growing need for personalized, compassionate care that puts patients first. That's why we came together to create our own practice — to ensure that every person in our community has access to the quality care they deserve.
We are a close-knit team of three: Dr. Altman, MD, Andrea Oliver, APN, and Asia Allen, Practice Manager. Together, we share a common mission — to support our patients and their families with attentive, thoughtful care.
